I woke up more or less obsessing over the problem I'm currently in. I went back to problem solving mode and at least focusing on the question of what I can do seems to have staved off despair, for now.
I made the bed, showered and washed my hair, noted I need a haircut, made a pot of tea, decided to at least attempt being mindful instead of keeping the lid on emotions.
I let the anxiety dance around in my head after waking up, then defied it by taking action, an early 45 minute workout, ate breakfast and cleaned up the kitchen.

I believe I have all the information to get started on the new prescription. It works quite well so far, but can take a few months to fully get going. Hopefully it will work pretty good. My insurance will cover so the monthly cost with that is a little over $300 and Amgen the manufacturer has sent information that I am enrolled with their card or whatever so hopefully it will be zero amount. So with me being off tomorrow I will probably be on phone and e-mail giving information to get things started for ongoing medications.
