I made bread pudding (not great lol )
I loooove bread pudding. It's hard, though. Even in restaurants, they do it totally differently among different places. Some times it's more "bread" than pudding, but other times, it's more "pudding." In the restaurant I worked at... way in the olden days when I was about 20 years old, we would use any day-old bread that was on hand, which we made in-house until the mgt decided that was too expensive, chop that up and cook it in custard with a lot of chocolate chips. It was so good, that I'm snobbish when it comes to that particular dessert. Now, if someone privately cooks it for me - I'm happy that they took the time to cook... however, practice is how we get better at recipes. In short, if I were nearby I'd be happy to eat it for you, lol! :D

Went back and forth with the university that I am trying to get registered in.
Ah... well that hasn't changed. Lemme guess, you have everything kosher in one system but it's not the registrar's system? Sorry if you've mentioned that before; I think there's at least one other person trying to enroll in college courses so I am prone to confusing who is who.

I made muesli. 4 minutes in the microwave, but I hardly ate anything yesterday (literally a bowl of cold cereal and a protein shake, then probably a cookie), and now I feel all shaky and sluggish. Plus my balance is off. So, taking care of myself by reintroducing complex carbohydrates. Threw some Greek yogurt in for protein, and peanut butter because... well, peanut butter makes everything better, lol!

Leftovers are in the fridge!

Yes, there is another member wrestling with registration and a "stupid portal" at present.

The university I am going to attend is huge and their website is correspondingly huge. It is like pushing a cart down a road with ruts, once you get in the ruts you are ok, but impossible until you hit the groove.

Didn’t do much today but I’m tired. Unpacked from my trip brushed the cat and organized my pictures. I was thinking about making a photo album but realized that all my other photo albums are lost so why bother? But the pictures are mostly sorted. All 500 or so.

the person who stayed at my house while I was gone to take care of my cat cleaned up my entire house. I don’t know if I am that disorganized that he couldn’t stand it or wanted me to feel comfortable after arriving home. So I have little housework to do presently.

My housemate had a really big tantrum, screaming and banging doors since she was mad at the staff. I thought I held it together well, an accomplishment. Usually she really gets on my nerves but I'm realizing these things are her problems and not mine.
I wish I could have that attitude at work with someone who really gets on my nerves. But, good on you @cev77 for keeping it together. When i lived in the group home as a young teenager, the other kids would sometimes throw tantrums too, which led to them being sedated. It was pretty intense so I can relate.

You are braver than me. I can't stand the things. Especially huntsman.
I guess I gradually taught myself not to be scared of them, and a few other people how to catch them : ) . Huntsmen eat the bad bugs outside, but they come in when they're looking to get out of the rain or scared of a butchr bird or magpie. but the big ones can be challenging since they're pretty fast and sometimes so large!

It can take a few tries and the key si to go really slow until the moment you put the container over them. On top of the 'frig, I used to keep a clean big 1 kilo yogurt tubs, and a piece of paper or card stock to slip in underneath, once the animal (they're so big that's what I call them) is in there.

Then outside, walk to the closest shrubbery and slowly set the container down and walk away for a bit. They always said thanks, at least I think so lol.

Most spiders are quite helpful to have around concerning other bugs. I like having them around but prefer not seeing a red hourglass or a fiddle on a spider for obvious reasons. LOL Good for you not just squishing them. I don't either.
