We haven't had such a mild winter in Toronto since the eighties. It was pouring rain today, about 5 degrees C with high winds. There has been a bit of snow on the ground only once but it's gone now. Usually the snowbanks are very high this time of year. This is still not great weather though--still chilly, damp and rainy a lot.
