It was 42 today, the warmest it's been all year so far. Warm and sunny, too bad the roads were nearly flooded. It's going to be 30 degrees cooler by this time next week. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.

8F or -13C. 9 inches of new heavy snow (22cm). Southern part of the state is effectively closed due to blizzard conditions. Wind chills below 0 F. Can not even see out my windows because the snow has blown onto them and than froze there. Welcome to Minnesota! Can anyone in a warm state put me up until say mid April?
