The Heat -- great movie for pure laughs and entertainment. Pity Sandra Bullock is getting all the attention for Gravity (which is the worst movie i have ever seen btw) when she is actually entertaining and fun in the Heat -- just came out yesterday on DVD/ BlueRay - watch it (without young children around)

The Hobbit, An Unexpected Adventure. I loved it (watched it last night when I discovered it was on netflix) just found I laughed at a fair few parts, and loved how they got the book to film... though I doubt this will be my reaction for all 3 films seeing as the hobbit is only a short book compared to the LOTR trilogy
