Had an arepa and sweet plantains with cheese for lunch, so I might just have something small for dinner later. Like a chimichanga from the freezer.

Actually I think Duane Reade's "sushi chef" is a machine in southern New Jersey and listens to no one.

Tonight it's just Hamburger Helper and mixed veg, nothing too exciting. But I like the 6 layer dip that I made. It has refried beans, enchilada sauce, black olives, taco cheese, sour cream, and chimichurri (a green salsa).

I know it's a bit different than a regular layered dip, but I just used up ingredients I had in the cabinet and fridge.

Yeah it's a salsa that's made with green pepper, jalapeno, parsley, garlic, and other ingredients. It does come in a jar, I think I'm not ambitious enough to make it on my own. :P

Yeah they have lots of different varieties too. And thanks, the dip turned out pretty good.

D, its the brand of the veggie burger. They make it so authentic looking. There are even the grilled marks on the burger. They make chik patties too.
