Omg, nostalgia has just hit me, they used to do curry pancakes too and some other flavours, they are fantastic and the texture is just perfect. I have not had them in many many years, will look for them when next out shopping.

You're welcome I only ever had the plain cheese ones back in the day, but these were actually surprisingly tasty and not at all dessert-like

I had tacos. One chicken with red pepper vinaigrette and one carnitas. Gonna heat up my frozen Trader Joe’s pad Thai later probably.

Heated up some frozen vegetable panang curry and rice from Trader Joe’s. Yummy but took way longer to cook than the instructions said.
