What's the one thing that made you smile today ?

I opened the door for my night walk and it was raining, but the wall near the door wasn't covered in water, which reminded me the gutter is now doing its job having been fixed.

Thats great.

I am off Monday and Tuesday, so a four day weekend.

Saw a lot of chipmunks when I was walking home from the bus stop

A large eagle almost flew into my car, it was so close, I could see it up close and it's wing span was a good metre. It was fine no harm done, apart from the fright we both got, as I was doing approx. 50 mph, but it made me smile I had had seen the eagle that close in the wild.

My little night walk buddy. Spent a good 15 minutes with him tonight, he was following me everywhere, very affectionate and funny how he follows me. Even rolled over on his back which is the ultimate demonstration of trust for a cat 😻😻😻

That sky is gorgeous! Mornings can be so beautiful, I wish I was a morning person.

I haven't made any pictures yet, but trees are just starting to become orange and glow under sunlight.

I read through the Texas driver license renewal I have to do this year...I do not have to go in to the DMV or provide a copy of my birth certificate or a passport. Just call, mail or do it online. Last time I had to go in and bring a birth certificate copy. Hey, I did learn that I actually was born.

I'm sure he's a nice cat, but the eyes like that remind me of the children from village of the dammed. Mind control, be careful.
