Hi Mr A im suzie i am 27 and live in the uk .I suffer from depression ,agrophobia and have been diagnosed with a personality disorder which i think is a bollox exscuse i also think that the mental health services in the uk suck.​

Good news for you. The mental health services in the united states also suck. If I had $300 an hour to pay for "talk therapy", chances are I wouldn't need it as much as I do. I also deal with depression. Some days I actually deal with it. But alot of days I spend unconscious, that is, I take enough sleeping pills and atavan to put myself out. I hate waking up from one of these episodes. Sleeping for hours and hours is so useless. But sometimes its my only escape from what I'm dealing with in my head. I wish for both of us that we could find decent and affordable therapy. But mostly there are just pill pushers...psychiatric crack dealers...
