George Winston, sometime in high school. He is a fantastic pianist. We've seen him twice now. He plays with only his socks and occasionally plucks the strings like a guitar.

My dad took me to a Moody Blues concert when I was about 6 years old on the front row.

I ended up being given the drummers drumsticks!

I have so so so many comments on this thread but I'm gonna keep them too myself for brevity.

My first show was circa 1989 Poison. Bring on the hair. My best friend had to bail at the last second because the parents thought I was a bad influence (!!) and that we'd get in too much trouble. Panic ensued at the last minute & mom nixed it. I went with a guy from my class I didn't know well instead but it was ok.

I've seen many dozens of shows now. It's the ONLY vice Ive got left in life. I save up all that cash from not eating out to go see shows.

Can't say it is actually in all honesty. Maybe it's the thought of being surrounded by too many people in one place.
