Same here for sure. He wasn’t here as long yesterday so that was good. It seems like he won’t be raising our rent in August so I’m definitely liking him a lot more for that anyway. I prefer that someone be a bit too honest too.

Laptop, either are fine though.

Thank you, me too. It’s strange because I actually do enjoy listening to him, he’s often quite nice when talking about others and things he likes. Doesn’t seem able to handle listening to anyone else talk for very long, so that doesn’t feel very good.

Yeah, that can be annoying for sure. Maybe he needs to learn to listen more than he talks, but that can be hard for some people to do I guess.

Depends somewhat on what it is, but generally I prefer paper clips so I don’t have to make unnecessary holes in the paper :p
