Chicken Tikka Masala is a dish from the Indian subcontinent that is popular across the world (especially the UK). It usually consists of chunks of roasted marinated chicken in a spicy curry. There are a lot of variations though - some people add tomato and coriander sauce, sometimes different curries are used.
