Yes 👍 I’m a chameleon 🙌 or puppy 🐶 dog! ;) —& there’s supposed to be like 3 top recommended exercises that are super duper easy to at home, for people who are lacking in enthusiasm, for whatever reason! I’m just forgetting what they were?.? Argh..!;) ima guess & maybe I’ll get two out of the theee :? But I think they were squats for sure -always East to remember becaus I hate them. Crap, I can’t remember if it’s push ups and sit-ups or something ridiculously simple like that. Which was kind of I think
The point (not so much baby steps necessary; as simple & efficient & most importantly easily accessible- that is to say “doable / achievable & etc!”)
Noe. I’ve got to go get down to the Olympic side pool at the university aquatic center, and warm up with my usual —a 500 m butterfly 🦋/if they’ve got the center wall in the length / distance Is cut in half, meaning only 25 m....;) that’s a joke: or a dream; if you know what I mean— : 1602899660943.png

Sorry @Bergerac had a long sleep so only seeing this now.

Of course horse riding/dancing counts, (horse riding sounds awesome actually). anything at all even youtube video copying, anything that has you moving counts :)

Sure - we can update each other every day, that will be awesome and give us a challenge and hopefully will help us get fitter.

I will do walking, I shall start with that anyway :) Can't wait to do this, we'll have a somewhat fitter body in time for Christmas, a gift of fitness :)

Damn this month has been one trying month. Back is not getting any better. Making an appointment to see the pain doc for next month. Too disappointed but havent been eating to offset the binge days i know its the borderline dance to not eating for days however my body does not allow me to go past 24 hours without puking if I dont eat so its my body keeping me in check. Its the damn meds.

Had a gripe with subway using days old bread. Same with panera bread. I have no tolerance paying more for older bread or just go to the store and make it all myself hah. Am so curious why I dont even do this. Sandwiches tastes better when someone else makes it.
