I’m bigger than I’ve been in a while but I know how to train.
There is a routine I can do of calisthenics for snowboarding that I know by heart, you don’t really need weights or big space for it, takes about twenty minutes I’ll do that tomorrow.
This season I got in the most snowboarding of my life I want that to continue (I’m in my thirties).
This other thing I used to do I need to start again, it’s called kenpo, I don’t know much about it but it makes my feel a lot better.
It’s a form of martial arts it can be slow and low impact like tai chi or fast to defend yourself like karate. It’s cool and the Japanese guys who invented it say life is motion, all life is in motion.
Most of the time in life I’m pretty scared but I can remember doing this is good for you makes you feel good and takes fear away, it just takes practice like working out and I’ve been pretty lazy.
Yoga is cool to I don’t know much about it but there are a lot of follow along YouTube videos that teach you everything with 25 year old babe instruction.
Call me a pig or whatever if you want to but I’ve never been more about to pay attention. They’re great I’ll do that tomorrow.
Always when I’m done my mind is wandering less.
