I can't remember who usually posts in these, so feel free to join if you would like. I'm trying to make a concerted effort to eat healthier and lose weight. I need to cut out most saturated fats, unhealthy carbs, and added sugars. So I will stick to drinking water, black coffee, and sugar free drinks instead of sugary ones. I will cut out butter, mayo, and other fats and replace them with ones that aren't as bad for you. I've been eating popcorn without butter instead of chips, and nuts and veggies instead of chocolate and ice cream. I hope I will be able to keep it up. Banned foods: candy bars, ice cream, cake, bread, tree nuts (because of allergy), fried chicken, and all soda both sweetened and otherwise since it always means I’ll react with craving the food.
