That is a plus and yes, healthy can be appealing for a person but in how it makes them feel as well as taste. Salads and vegetables are quite good and good for you. Those greens can become addictive.
I've given up for now on losing weight. I just give up. I have come to the conclusion that it doesn't matter at the moment. I mean, it's not like I'm going to meet anyone, is it? Being fat is OK by me.
I've lost 10 pounds so far in April, and my goal is to lose 10 more. I've cut out a lot of the fats I used to eat, have started drinking more water. And have cut way back on chocolate, which has been the hardest part yet!
I have to get back to working out at the gym. Walking and yoga just isn't enough for the resistance work I'm supposed to be doing. I stopped cold in mid February after the accident and got out of the routine I created that I started last summer.
