Hi cafe posters.. Been up forever now.. Not getting enuf sleep.. Tonight got to attempt to go back to bed and get some more sleep before Johnny wakes up!!!
Did fix BLT sandwiches for dinner.. Glad I did not go chickenshit and TV dinners.. Got to clean the kitchen then start winding down for bed in a couple hours.

morning good folks.. how's it going today??? i got some sleep so far.. zoomies sawing wood peacefully atm.. need shaves, baths and clean clothes today. hopefully katie will take johnny tonight.. not much else on the gotta list for today.. rest of season 15 of law and order perhaps??? time for another cup and a marlboro..

Star and I played chicken again about getting up today - she won. She is sneaky, starting with little kitty kisses that end up as little kitty nips to make sure I'm awake! :laugh: The Soft One has been fed and watered and has returned to bed. I'm sipping on coffee now. :coffee:
Doc appointment today...still working on meds change, and hoping that we are progressing. I've established a better sleep routine now that I'm off one of the two new meds we tried, but it is also the routine itself that helps: trying to get to bed earlier as it seems to help me sleep better. After doc appointment, I must get a few items at the grocery store, then home again.

afternoon coffee forums,
i've been running over the numbers on one of my meds, an expensive one, thinking whether i like it enough to stay on it or switch to something in a similar class that has an available generic. If I stay on this one, I will have to sign up for prescription coverage. enh. Have pdoc appointment coming up next month and should run out of the current med right around then. Will ask her, see what she recommends. The current one, Cymbalta, is crazy expensive for no apparent reason. $140 a month. :eek:

morning ppl. how's it going today??? john with momma tonight and i actually got some sleep so far. got this itch to do amazon.. cart is full of more television seasons on dvd.. got all the rest of these seasons of favorite shows and misthinking i should have the rest now.. this is insane.. got to resist..
think will burn a few more cds on itunes today.. tony bennitt and mamas and the [papas to start with.. got to try to find out how a friend is doing now.. they been missing. thinking time to tackle the outrageous mess in 3rd bedroom soon.. going to use some of the empty boxes in garage to fill with all the paperback booiks to start with. stacks of old byte magazines from ever need to make it to the recyclible bin of the garbage..
amazon is itching again. no jimbo.. do not do this.. coffee is ready.. first cup is a godsend.. hope is a good day for all. tc, Jim

I slept in a bit today. Star waited patiently until I was up to feed her, and is now playing with the catnip toy I gave her for Christmas.
Jimk, get yourself into burning some CDs and maybe you'll forget about Amazon. :dunno: Music can be a great way to lose ourselves for a bit! :smile: Your toss and pitch of the 3rd bedroom might inspire me to do one of my own soon - I have a collection of old lipsticks and other make up hidden in the cabinet under the bathroom sink! Maybe tomorrow morning I will tackle that.

I'm glad everyone is doing well. Just relaxing today. Dealing with insane cat this morning. Tommy Tom wanted out of my room at 5:50 this morning! He keep going until 7:00, so after that, I went to back sleep, until 8:45, so I got up and let him out while I went to the bathroom. Now he's at it again!??!!? He can't go out until things settle, and parents are home. Stinker cat. Meanwhile, I get to hear the moans of insane cat!

Cafe Sunday Jan 6th
morning good ppl.. how's it going today??? last two nights slept straight thru almost 8 hours both nights., not sure why of this changing but do sort of really like it.. whne zoomies wakes we doing some good music and coffee .. also going to do a bit more house cleaning today. at this rate by time i kick the bucket the house may look a little better..lol
little more music on ipad now and then some more of kindle book abotu john lennon's life.. at this rate maybe by february i will be reading paul mccartney's book on his lfie???? lost the battle to stay off amazon yesterday.. more television seasons a coming on tuesday via UPS.. so much history and sometimes just gotta do it.

good morning eclipse and acy... was up listening to music and doing kindle book and heard some noise from down the hall. is john awake now at 3:30am??? yes he was adn we been together doing music for 4 hours now.. with a break for breakfast.. got to 711 for doughnuts , bread and cigars minis in a box. , powerball adn mega ticket.. back home iwth johnny now. daddy got doughnuts so all's well.lol been burning cds of mamas and papas, faith hill and willie nelson. lord i got a ton of music.. that is ok as warms the cockles of my heart and head often..
think johnny and i going to be ok today;.. planning on scalloped potatoes and ham for dinner tonight..should be able to pulll this off..
