Hi sweet @MelancholyRaven . I’m sorry you’re in so much pain :( Your parents don’t take it seriously, or don’t want to see the truth. What your mom said is horrible but she probably wanted to give you a reason not to do it by using guilt, which is not the best approach of course. She doesn’t want you to die though, I’m sure of it.

This pain you feel now is not forever. It can change in high school, during studies or work... You don’t deserve to hurt yourself, sweetheart. Stay strong.

You should seek professional help, yes, but I don’t know what the possibilities are for you. Can you ask your parents to go see a therapist? In any case, SF is always here for you, we won’t give up on you and we care a lot <3 I’m here as well *consoleYou’re a wonderful person.

You've mentioned having problems with anger and insomnia. If you tell your parents that you'd like to try acupuncture and herbal medicine to treat these problems, or because you've heard these treatments could help your studies, they might be willing to go along with it.

It's also possible for an acupuncturist to treat someone just based on pulse and tongue diagnosis, so you wouldn't necessarily have to say anything about feeling suicidal, if that's a big issue for you (it would probably be better to do that though).

Thank you for all your advice, they're practical and I'm going to try them. Those unbearable feelings won't disappear permanently. But they have faded a lot today, and I feel much better now. Thank you for your care again!
