Hey, everyone! Correcting my starting point, this is day 12
Still maintaining my exercise plan, which is 30 to max 1h cardio + floor exercises. Eating healthier but still have a sweet tooth, so I don't really know how much progress am doing. Ugh... Have to check in more often as it keeps the mind focused on the goal.
I was thinking, does anyone know how to overcome self-image distortion? A year ago I was in the best shape of my life, I had a completely healthy weight, not too much not too little, and muscle. But I kept seeing myself same as many years ago when I was extra chubby

also I heard a voice in my head telling me that I am really fat and that I am disgusting to people... Not like an actual voice, but more like thoughts that were not mine.
This year I have gained a few pounds and can't really fit in some last years clothes, and I see how okay I was, and can't believe I was complaining. And that was not the first time. I have gotten in and out of shape many times, and almost every time I gain back because I think I'm not losing anything.
