Skipped my stair-climbing exercise for today but still had my exercise because I walked to the grocery store instead of riding the bus. So if I skip one kind of exercise, then I make up for it by doing another kind.

Congrats to all who are meeting/surpassing their goals....:) Well I have managed to go to gym almost every day and do 1 hour of cardio (spin, step, ab workout, swim) most days, then do weights every other day, short swim to cool down and on Day 21 of the 30 Day Abs challenge...haven't noticed a thing yet :(...but alo realizing that took time for weight to get on so have to be more patient than want to be in getting it off...the goal of being in shape is aways away....

Just did 30 minutes of exercise, it feels good. I'm going to try to do the same for every day this week, some days it can be hard to find the motivation but like @Kiwi2016 has said we didn't put on the weight over night so we must be patient in trying to lose it. Let's all get fit and healthy. Go team SF.

Well, I've fallen by the way side over the last week but am determined to get back on track...back did a weird twingy-like thing last night so decided would skip step class but instead to treadmill for 20 and then swim for 30...just to ease back into it all. You are all amazing...and seeing this thread again has renewed my inspiration...

Going strong with the bike routine, got it at the beginning of last month so that is a good start. Going to maintain it for March. Would like to work something else in, such as walks or weights, not sure yet.

I've been doing 5k runs with walking mixed in about every second day. I also downloaded an app called "home workout" that I have been using since it uses no equipment. It's a lot of push up type stuff and crunches. It's good for core strengthening and cab get some decent shoulder workout and legs but hard to get a good arm workout in without weights. What I like about it is it guides you through the exercises kinda motivates me like a coach. Some days I'll do 2 of the workouts if the one wasn't hard that day. I just need to stop night snacking otherwise I am doing very good lately.
