Last week I got a bit more activity on all fronts, which helps build my confidence as well as strength. Yesterday I managed to run-walk 10 kilomentres. : ) Taking a reast day today.

I got in 30 minutes on the stationary bike this afternoon.

Got out for a 4 mile run. Felt wobbly at first and a bit out of breath by the end, but managed a hill segment as well. 6th fastest effort out of 27 since 2015 and I'm older and nowhere near peak fitness so that's good.

Hopefully my dad and I will finally start walking this weekend.

I hope to get out later for a run - this morning's workout was 2 planks, 2 side-planks (including on the side with the torn shoulder!, which is getting much better) and my other core exercises, plus 4 sets of goblet squats, and some of my PT exercises.

Doing a ton of housework, I admit that is a fairly good workout for anybody.

Did a 3.5 mile run. Took it easy apart from the hill, on which I got a 3rd best ever time, the only 2 quicker times were 2017 when I was running mountains for practice, am happy with that considering I'm not doing much mileage (running at least) at the moment.

My week went pretty well. I've gotten a bit stronger and avoided over-training &/or injury. This morning early I took a look at the weather app, and went out before breakfast for a run so as to get back before the rain started. It's perfect running weather atm. Next week I'll be adding a small percentage to my distances. : )
