Self regulation. I stopped the negative thoughts, then stopped them again, and again. I got out the door. Used the normal route I'm used to so I didn't have to think, just ran and ran with my thoughts off. All my physical energy was going to my lungs and my legs, all my other energy to someone who is in a lot of pain right now. A gnat flew into my eye, which kind of woke me up and made me pay more attention to vehicles. Sorry gnat, but thank you for getting my attention.
Anyway, a run of about 4 miles this afternoon. Took some time at the end to walk and cool off.
