I got this last week. I haven't worn a boxy jacket in decades and this one is quite similar to one I loved in the 80's - maybe I'm just nostalgic! I'm thinking black skinny jeans black boots or jeans and white trainers would look good with it.

I need a crossbody bag and I thought, hang on I have one I haven't worn in years. I looked online and now its called vintage! It's from Coach and the leather is so thick. I used to think it had gone out of fashion but now it's come back in!

It's this one but in tan. Wish I had it in black though.

I'm glad - I worried it was a bit boring, a bit too classic. It's from M&S (you're in UK I think??) and on Instagram I follow their bloggers. I like @marksandspencer_sam because she's the same height as me! They have a lot of nice stuff at the moment and even some of the things you'd never look at they make you think twice and give you ideas.

I saw this online today. Went a bit mad over denim jackets last year but this colour, OMG, I have to have it! I think it would look fabulous with white skinny jeans. It's from Hobbs, it's new in, so I have a chance!

I love the jean-jacket cut in other fabrics. This is a lovely coral color

So do I. I really hope that is the true colour. I saw another photo of it and it looks red. Funny how a little difference can make a big difference!

Yeah I’m in the U.K too, and I love Marks and Sparks! I’ve had some really nice clothes from there over the years. And the kids clothes are good too. Ooh I’ll follow them on Instagram too actually because I haven’t shopped there in ages. I love that coral jacket too, I have a thing for denim jackets as well they just go with so many things.

I bougnt them yesterday in Aldi, both of them are leather, total cost 17 euros
Sorry I couldn’t attach the picture but I was very happy about them.

Got a cheap crossbody bag for the black check jacket. Ordered online M&S, hopefully coming tomorrow. I carry everything but the kitchen sink so it will be interesting if I can handle this little bag!

The coral jacket was as lovely as the photo but not in my size. Today I looked online and it's on sale so I ordered it! Not sure if it's in stock yet but they'll have to honour the order. It's already too much money, even at sale price but I know I'll get loads of wear out of it.

I think I'm in one of those spending stages - it comes and goes! The weather has been quite nice here apart from the storms and it feels like spring is around the corner. That always sets me off clothes shopping!

Any signs of spring where you guys are?? Do you prefer warm or cool weather dressing?

Ordered a lovely dress from Fatface which arrived today. Excitedly ripped open the packaging and put it on.... and it was horrible
Really tight around the bust and huge everywhere else and far too short. Being quite short myself dresses usually come up quite long on me. They must have used a really short model!

That’s a shame, it’s a really pretty dress. It really annoys me when they don’t state how tall the model is or what size they wear because I always find that really helpful.

Oh I hate that. And then you look back at the photos and then see how they have hidden gaping necks or puffed sleeves or pulled in something shapeless to give it a waist. I think if they need to do that then they know the design is bad. Shame about the dress, it does look lovely.
