Future tattoos

I really like tattoos on feet and ankles. I only have one so far. Everyone said I shouldn't have a foot tattoo as my first one as it would hurt. It did a bit but not as bad as I'd expected.

Maybe they built it up and made it not that bad per your expectations. Funny. Where on your foot?
My ankle tattoo was the first I thought I might not be able to finish.

It's on the top of my foot just under my 2 smallest toes. It is only small though so it didn't take too long. I think I had built it up to expect it to hurt like hell so wasn't so bad. I did wince a bit when he went over the bone.

Oh yeah if it was small enough to not get much bone action that sounds like a pretty good spot. Stuff like those side heel ones make me cringe because the skin is weird there, like the side of the hand which I have experience with. And then like, whole top of the foot tattoos, eesh. I think I'll probably always avoid those!
Pain in different spots is so interesting, especially how nerves effect one another. On my first upper arm tattoo I felt it in my elbow!

Probably going to get something like this eventually

on the opposite arm as my Washington Capitals tattoo. But I've only been a fan for about a year, so I feel like I have to "earn" it first by being a fan for long enough. I'd been a Capitals fan for about 10 years when I got that tattoo, but I don't wanna wait that long again.

Besides that I want to get more but have no ideas. Trying to think of something meaningful and original is hard. I'll probably let myself be inspired by song lyrics or something.

I guess some people will think it's dumb to get sports team tattoos. But I don't care.

The way I have to do it is save the image somewhere then add it to the post using the upload a file button

I was talking with a good friend about tattoos the other day and they suggested I get an Eeyore tattoo. I think this is a great idea so I've got to think about exactly what I want now

I'll probably let myself be inspired by song lyrics or something.

I figured out a good song to be inspired by: "Anywhere But Here" by Rise Against. That was a song that helped me get through a tough time when I was planning to get out of my parents' house. But nothing really seems "tattoo-able" from that. At least nothing that stands out to me. I really wanna figure something out though.
