How many days do you wake up feel fine it even real good but by the middle or end of the day you suddenly crash and feel terrible again? If been having a lot of these days and I never used to feel them so often so I wanna know how other people experience them.
I thin we all experience those dreary days. For me therapy has just started and I am looking forward to getting free from anxiety. It is the hope that keeps me going. I usually do things to distract myself, there's a million and one ways of distractions, also guided meditation helps. Talking here certainly helps. I do hope you feel better soon and free of this nit so great few days.
