How Are You Feeling Right Now?

Woke with shoulder pain. Think I may have a calcium deposit as the pain has not resolved with 4 weeks of physiotherapy. Thankful at least that I have free medical - going to book an appointment with my doc to ask for an x-ray/ultrasound.

Generally positive. Handed in my project yesterday - it was a mess, it wasn't commented, and i haven't done the paperwork, but it did all the things the specification asked it to. People also put up images of their charts in the class group chat that weren't even close to right, so that made me feel more confident that i'll get the 40% i need to pass. Also annoyed though, because even though i worked myself to death on the project, i'm not done, because now i have 2 1/2 days to do my math assignment. I just want a day off after doing that project.

I'm worried about my son. I've been increasingly worried about him for the last couple of months. It's not unusual as I worry about him a lot but he just seems 'off' recently. He's 22 now and has been in a really good place for a few years but as a teenager he really struggled with depression, anxiety and self harm. It was so bad that I honestly thought we would lose him.
Last night he took me aside and told me he thinks he needs to see a doctor as he feels like he did back then. I'm so proud of him for having the courage to speak to me. But I'm so fucking angry at the unfairness of this illness. He's the loveliest kid, kind, thoughtful, generous, funny, gorgeous boy ever. He's 22 and making plans to move in with his girlfriend. He should be enjoying life to the full. How dare this shit get into his head again. It's not fair.
you know how this works. I wouldn't worry too much he is doing well, he recognized the problem and is trying to get well on his own, it's too bad he has to suffer again but you should be proud of him for wanting to recover

Not feeling too well, a bit on the downside actually. I know its unfixable but i keep thinking about how good life was in the past, i was just traveling down memory lane by flicking through photos in my iphone.

Didn’t end up that well, i feel sad, not much of a regret, but just a thought of how did i end up feeling this bad? The past was so much better!!

Damn it i need a drink *drank 4 cans of jack d and cola*

I'm so sorry your son is going through this. Life isn't fair, but at least he recognises how he's feeling and that he needs to see a doctor. And he's lucky to have you supporting him.

Not sure how I feel and it's unsettling me!

A good friend called this morning to say he has ended his marriage, I know he has been unhappy for a long time and it's what he wants but I didn't know what to say and that's what unsettling me. It seemed wrong to say I'm pleased for him even thought I know it's the best thing for him and he has wanted this for sometime but just didn't take that first step. He says he is relieved that he told her and wants to move on with his life now. I said that if he is happy with his decision then I'm happy for him, but it just didn't feel enough. Maybe I'm thinking too much about it, it's just because I feel unsettled and I find it hard to get myself out of that feeling.

I hope you get through the math without too much distress

Oh brother. Dealing with Contractors and plumbers and electricans is just giving me grief... really. Its all about egos and criticism of others work. I can see the first plumber screwed up installation so gotta find out if its easy fix.

Now going to see if my friend I was going to hire can do some fixing up and just get the painting going when he comes over to take a look.
