My brother will be there and he is Mr Perfect so he'll be able to fix any catastrophes, I just so want there to be none in the first place. I'll be drinking all the coffee and giving everyone else the wine so they won't notice if something goes wrong. I'll save my wine for after it's all over

I'm feeling refreshed. I haven't been sleeping well lately, but managed a really good night last night. I still woke in the middle of the night having to take painkillers, but I slept in until 9.15 this morning

the world does have problems and the only way it can be fixed is if people try to fix it. I believe people will fix a lot of the problems in time , of course that's an optimistic view but I believe in people

Ah. New-ish? I’m not much of a writer, just trying to organize my thoughts a bit so I can help sort what’s worth actually bringing up in therapy. Sometimes I can make more sense of things as I write. Last night I just got angrier at myself and had to stop.

I get that sometimes things make more sense after you've written them down. I've tried journaling and I find it useful, but I struggle to keep up with the habit. I'm sorry that it made you angry last night. I hope you're ok today. Hugs.
