How Are You Feeling Right Now?

This topic is simple. Post how you are right now. It could be what your thinking, doing, listening to, writing...whatever! Because you know what they say:

"Get out of the past, stop dreading the future, and worry about now!"
Right now I'm looking at clouds and leaves, the sky is overcast, which is making the trees and shrubs look extra green, but it's hot. I want it to be raining, to not be broken or alone.

Feeling more settled as I learn the new program at work better. The only thing is that I'm supposed to read Spanish applications (I'm in healthcare) and I don't read/speak Spanish. Plus, it's not really fair to the Spanish customers if I really can't read it. Just bothers me.

Missing my daughter in the house as she spends more time at her boyfriends. They are getting serious. At least he seems like a good guy, despite their age difference.

Feeling weird. Nihilistic about life and the future.

I guess as a sort of accidental celestial counter example....a lady made the news recently that ran a animal shelter for foxes and exotic creatures cause she unalived herself after online bullying. She left a husband and daughter behind and as far as I'm aware did excellent work on her life.

Could always be worse or made worse I guess????

Frustrated. Merrill Lynch can't get their shit together. My advisor was supposed to return to work on Monday after a new baby sabbatical. But they still don't have his computer working. Morons! They knew he was coming back.
And Comcast is going to be digging up part of my neighborhood to put in a cable. SUPPOSEDLY, it will only effect my neighbor whose cable is no longer working. But I have learned not to believe much of anything Comcast says.
Then they are doing a bunch of work next month that will shut down a major street I drive on. They don't know what days. They just know it will happen.
An affirmation I MUST work on ty @Lekatt "I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with the world.

How's your day off been?
Not particularly great. Woke up too early, feeling sick. Might be anxiety as I have just lost 2 contracts without warning, and also today my most productive remote project was pulled, won't see it until next week now. So I did a bit of life admin but think the tiredness is all finally hitting me. I had a potential new contract to have a meeting about tomorrow but they pulled the meeting no sooner had they booked it. I feel a bit like a yo yo. Also, I was having something delivered by DPD and they failed to deliver it to their own locker, wankers. So they're allegedly going to try to deliver it tomorrow - last time this happened it was the last I ever heard of the package, at least the merchant recalled it and sent me a new one, as he said it would be quicker. Must be the voice of experience as I still occasionally look at the tracking and it's still listed as on its way back to him!

Hope you are doing OK!

I feel unsettled. I am realizing that perhaps my ex wife was not my soulmate, but one of many possible soulmates- and that maybe I shaped her into what I wanted her to be, instead of what she really was. I'm feeling glad to be out of the relationship but devastated to have hurt her so badly.
Try to give yourself a break. I've been hearing interesting things about memory and how in these situations our memories can change based upon how we feel. You might be picking out things in your memory and revaluating it, focusing on the aspects which support your situation now. It's really interesting all of this, though I'm don't find it pleasant to be going through it but it's almost like a automatic survival process which our brain go through to get through a difficult situation. Try not over think it, just go with it if you can, your brain will be doing it's own thing to protect itself.
