Tired. Been a long day and had to add in fighting with AI ID verification systems.
Oh goodness. Those things are anathema to me. Not like I have a choice, but luckily I don’t have to go through that nonsense in the USA, at least not yet. I can still empathize with you, though, because I am no stranger to the negative effects of the confluence of kafkaesque systems with Orwellian politics.

I’m sorry. Sorry I woke up. I stayed in bed as long as I could and I needed the sleep. I don’t know what for, though. I feel like I’m putting myself through heck to get better, but I feel like I need more support to keep going, which of course I don’t do, because I’m not better enough yet to have any ability to access the support I need. I’m really just waiting to die.

I’m still ruling out suicide, for now. I know in my heart of hearts that there is something joyful and wondrous about life, because I have been there. I get occasional glimpses sometimes through meditation or in extreme pain, as weird as that last one sounds.

Really my job right now is to get more familiar with those glimpses so that I can map out my way to get there more often.

Encouraged

A cousin made a general post on his FB page that he was in a low spot, and could use some kind thoughts. Within a day, he had numerous positive and supportive messages. It could have been because of anything, but the near anniversary of his brother's suicide was my first thought. And that it's ok to ask for a little help.

peace
:)

bad. I've been having a bunch of issues with my skin the last few months (rashes, irritations, dryness, etc.) and I thought it was because of the weather, the fact that I eat so little, my poor sleep, something controllable that I could fix; but I went to the doctor today and it turns out I've got neurodermatitis.

it's a virtually untreatable chronic condition, the best I can do is cover my skin in tons of creams and oils (my doctor gave me a truckload of those) and hope that it gets a little better.

I fucking hate my life.

Suicidal thoughts running through head. Feeling it might end pain the hurt and help all the people I've hurt. Nothing goes right for me. I work everyday just to feel like this. I don't see a point. Everyone who talks to me I feel I hurt in some way or another. When I leave Thursday my kids are going to be hurting and my ex will be smiling. I'd rather my kids be happy but it's my fault I'm a dead beat father and husband and I don't deserve life. I'm not meant to be happy or enjoy life. Still wish I didn't make it this far. My life is shattered

Frustrated. The underside of my knee has been bothering me to the point that I can barely walk. I called off work last night because of it. I decided to go to the hospital this morning. They did an ultrasound, but when that was negative, they said it was probably just screwed up from walking on it funny when my plantar fasciitis was bothering me. The doctor was trying to tell me to just take acetaminophen and ibuprofen, but I've already been doing that with minimal relief, so he reluctantly prescribed me a muscle relaxer for 5 days. They were going to give me a dose of the muscle relaxer plus acetaminophen and ibuprofen in the hospital, but then the nurse told me I probably shouldn't take it until I got something to eat. I feel like they could have given me a sandwich or something there so I could take the meds right away, but they just said to get something after I left. I'm having so much trouble walking that they took me to the front door in a wheelchair. But then I had to make my way to the pharmacy and then home by myself, feeling like I'd been helped minimally. I don't know what I'm going to do if I can't walk better soon.
