Glad to hear that you're having a good day, Petal. I keep breaking my fasts... not today, though! Fall down, get back up. Oh, and I think I'm going to be able to weigh myself on Wednesday. (Except I won't be very surprised if I didn't lose any weight since I haven't been doing IF properly)

Thanks hun. What do you think is getting in the way of the IF fasts, are you too hungry or is it a medication hunger or something else? Don't give up, we will reach our goals together, we gotta stay positive :)

I am continuing to learn more and more about IF every day, every time I have time to research it. Nothing holding us back :) We got this even if there are bumps along the way.

It's only been on the days where I have to go out and do something, so I'll worry about getting hungry while I'm out, which keeps convincing me to eat breakfast before I leave the apartment. But now that I'm thinking about it, on the days I didn't eat breakfast I wasn't even hungry. So my logic there doesn't add up and I really need to quit doing that...

I'm not going to give up, though! I'll try to learn from my mistakes instead of throwing in the towel

Excellent hun. That's what we like to hear. I think reading success stories online from IF can be very motivating and sharing tips and tricks and learning from the mishaps.
I really wish you the best of luck with your weigh-in tomorrow :) I look forward to hearing how it went.

Just curious though when you say you get hungry do you eat healthily or is it more a treat kind of thing? Its good to be wary of eating a healthy amount though of course, you can do this :) We're all behind you.

For sure I'll post an update when I find out my current weight. Thank you for the good luck wishes!

I end up eating because I'm worried about getting hungry, not because I actually am hungry. (Overthinking strikes yet again!) But when I do I'll just have normal breakfast food like eggs and a bagel and orange juice, not really junk food. It's still breaking the rules though... need to stop working against myself

It might take some more time getting used to it, its new to quite a few of us, so hopefully we can share our advice along the way, mistakes and breakthrough finds and @HumanExMachina can be considered our expert :D

I am looking forward to your weight update :) Take the numbers with a pinch of salt too though, your clothes fit can sometimes prove more useful and accurate.

I had a great day, feel good, ate well. How is everyone else doing today? @Woowoo @sassy123 @Innocent Forever @bobbob @Paisley
Yay you!
Whenever I see IF I think, wait, is someone calling my name
Today I ate enough, not too much carbs, and enough. I ate supper later than I wanted to - was out until after 7 so just finished supper. My goal was 6.30 so that there'll be a 14 hour break. Today there'll be a 13 hour break - or more if I don't eat breakfast. I'm going to try to eat breakfast.
I'm proud of myself for eating supper even though I rathered just not eat until tomorrow. I'm not sure why I need to eat, but whatever.
Oh, I did the exercises this morning! 15 seconds of 4 different balancing on 1 leg - 2 exercises but on each leg is 4. The plank for 45 seconds - yesterday was 30. And 30 jumping jacks and 10 minutes of the hoop. All in under 15 minutes. But when I woke up I got up, and it's a good start to the day - shower, exercise, get dressed.

I'm getting on well I think. I've been sticking to the IF, I've had 2 alcohol free days and I've done quite a bit of walking (8000 steps yesterday and 10000 today).

I had been fasting from 11pm until 3pm and then eating a couple of times during the 3pm to 11pm window and having an alcoholic drink or 2 most evenings. However, I knew that today if I didn't eat at lunchtime I wouldn't be able to eat until at least 5.30pm because of work commitments. So yesterday I just had a 4 hour eating window, with a snack at 3pm and dinner at 6.30pm and then fasted from 7pm until 12.15pm today. For lunch today I had salad with a spoonful of grated cheese and a spoonful of mayonnaise and this evening I had some sushi, a prawn salad with wild rice and mango dressing, followed by some melon. The fasting started again at 8pm.

I hope I can keep this up and that it delivers some results.

Sounds like you are doing great @Innocent Forever I agree that shower, exercise and dressed is the best start to any day. Well done with the exercise and fasting, i'll try not to call it IF any more for you :)

@Woowoo well done, that is really fantastic that you are doing so well, keep it up, you will definitely see good results if you keep it up.

@sassy123 sorry you are not doing so great at the moment, we'll be here for you to help you get back on the wagon again :)

I weighed in today at 129.6 kg (20 stone 5lbs) that means I have put on 8lbs in the past month. Going to try my best to get those 8 pounds down by mid September.
Going to go for a walk when it stops raining. Kinda disappointed with the weight gain but I know you guys will help me feel better about it again. Go team SF.

I'm doing pretty good. I finally got the weekends under control so the steady weight loss has resumed. I had a cup of veggie soup at work today before I left, so my 'dinner' when I got home was a couple of bananas. I'm stuffed! I think I'm going to start doing this every day. Soon I'll be snoring and fasting.

I'm doing something I've never been very fond of.. I'm on meal replacement shakes.

I get an apple in the morning as a snack. Shake.
Alpin bar for lunch. Shake.
Healthy dinner on the night time.

There's all this support for what I am doing.. reps and all sorts. What we can eat and what we can't..
I think it's brilliant however, I'm not overly social.. at least in a Personal kind of way.
One things for sure though... scales are every Dieters nightmare. My rep told me on useful thing. DITCH the scales.

Instead I use a tape and measure my waist ect and keep a diary with all the numbers on.

So, how is everyone getting on today? I had a great day today ate my healthy brekkie at 10am and will eat a balanced meal at 5. I'm in control of this. I will not set myself up for failure. I can do this. Positive talk helps for sure.

I hope you are all doing great today. @Anon Mouse i love the idea of measuring yourself instead of using the scales. I find though if you use the scales scarcely they can be helpful.

@Innocent Forever thanks so much for the hugs. *hugs* back

well done @HumanExMachina for getting the weekend under wraps, congrats :)
