I like: Christmas, and family togetherness, and the random acts of kindness that people share
I don't like how people shove, max out credit cards , and forget the true meaning of christmas. I also don't like the snow for bad roads and the people that drink and drive around the holidays....mike
Thanks for the tag @1964dodge. I like the weather change that mostly occurs here in the south end of Texas.....a play at Autumn.
And I like your dislikes as well....minus the snow cuz we don't have it.
well here is a double thanks again Mike. so its the first thing for this month to like! and the first thing i don’t like is that today is the first day that my family and i are living without insurance/therapy(me)/healthcare. but lets move ahead as if these two things are just superficial. December makes me hopeful (sorry about this Mike) for deep deep city crippling snow and days off from work (formerly) and there is winter wonderland all around. haven’t seen it in years and years but still hopefull. things i don’t like are the dirty slushly messy finger painfully cold days. like its rushing rapidly towards us and there’s nothing i can do about it. then i wish for summer - as a quick reaction - when its is so uncomfortly hot. there’s a lot of mental in this response. i’ll try to be back later with more real things to say.
Thank you for tagging me @1964dodge and opening the cafe.
I like Christmas carols and thinking about how children believe in Santa.
I like the smells and tastes, cinnamon, pine, eggnog, lights.
I don't like that some people have no one, I have spent holidays alone because of divorce. Or Christmas, depressed, while it feels like everyone is happy.
Christmas can feel like pressure. To produce gifts and meals.

For me, children overcome with excitement makes it special.
But, (sorry)
This is my worst time of year, birthday and Xmas in one go. Reminds me every year I’m alone and a burden
