Things I like about December are Christmas, giving gifts, getting gifts (or what I really want & need these days which is $ lol), that people try harder to be nice cos of the season, that I get to see my sis and the yummy food.

Least fave things are how cold and dark it is & when it snows (looks nice but hell to have to walk in) can't think of anything else.

Wait, we're supposed to be nice to people this time of year?

I hate leaving home and coming home in the dark - I can't stand the night driving down the country lanes, as everyone seems to have seriously bright headlights :-(

I love to hibernate when I am off work for Christmas. Hiding from the mad Christmas shopping crowds, doing online grocery shopping and chilling out with films/ books

In December, I like the cold and taking time to just be cozy.
I don’t like the end of the fall semester with all the deadlines, final exams, and stress.

Hmm 1 thing I like about Christmas... I love wrapping the gifts and putting shiny gold bows on them (yes, I'm a big child) and having cool name tags for them, I'll definitely be doing my Christmas shopping this coming week since I'll have a bit of money. The most special thing to me about Christmas is whether everyone in my family is in good health and they are. 🤶❤

we have lost a lot of the origins about Christmas through commercialization, but we have gained a non christian following for Christmas. so that means a lot more people are celebrating Christmas and sending goodwill to others this time of year. so religious or not it works out good for us that people for the most part are kinder to each other and more charitable...mike....
