Wanted ice cream but hey fates stopped me dead cold in my tracks. Not available to be delivered.

Score one for healthier me. I swear I felt myself jiggle like a jello when I was walking the other day. Time to look at my calorie intake as doc said to cut out 100 calories a day 🙄 then PT said for me to sit up straight due to my back issue now.

Now back to the drawing board to start bringing meals to work. And not become lazy and order food to be delivered

Walking 3 laps around the building nowadays during breaks to get some steps in.
Well done @DrownedFishOnFire I'm glad you are taking steps to improve your health. Keep us posted :)

Tysm for thinking of me & tagging me to come here @BlackOpium I really appreciate the support with this subject very much cos I was doing quite well with it (overall) from Jan-March but then once the c...oops guess we aren't supposed to talk about it I almost forgot...the thing that I'm sure everyone knows what I mean happened in March then I haven't been nearly so good or disciplined about it. Haven't been buying chocolate as much or eating it as much, been a bit better over the last couple weeks about at least doing walking but having a hard time motivating myself to do the jogging. I definitely have to just make myself.
Will be doing a pretty long walk today so that should be good.
Congrats on losing some weight too that's really great I'm very happy for you! :) I need to drop at least 40+ pounds but at least I have managed to not gain any more over the last couple weeks.
Hi @JMG Thanks so much *hug

Yeah I had put on weight during the Feb-April months too, that's why I decided I needed to get back on track, there's a good forum on weight loss if you're interested here's the link https://www.reddit.com/r/loseit/ LOTS of great info and advice there.

40lbs is not too bad. When you lose say, 10lbs. Say you have lost 1lb x 10 times instead of the other way around, that has helped me :D

I'm still losing the weight I put on earlier this year but I'm determined to get where I want to be. Long walks are great, refreshes the mind and body, killing 2 birds with the one stone there :) It's great to find an exercise you enjoy, it takes the ''chore-feel'' out of it.

Best of luck, you can do this

I haven't gained any weight since last year, but I haven't lost any either, so I need to work harder.

You know... It’s been a rollercoaster.

I’ve been working hard on my health lately. Ever since my case of infections and side effects, I had to stop psych meds. But the real meds for that case has worked and it has gone. Also, withdrawal from anti-psychotic didn’t effect my existing conditions dr says. Without it, I instead got my healthy sleep cycle and my appetite back all of a sudden but after few weeks of withdrawal. The healthy sleep cycle hasn’t been running for a month straight but even if it’s fleeting, my doctor told me that my oab is definitely improving. As long as I get to sleep, it is improving.

I’m just happy my insonmia and everything else is gone. Like I can finally have the mood and energy to exercise back. I’d never take things for guaranteed ever again. Only thing now, is to continue exercise to get my weight to healthy again. I’m really happy that I’m feeling well rested for once.

I think only @BlackOpium and @Walker knows what I’m talking about. :D

Planning on potentially getting on keto due to epileptic seizures, which will encourage me to eat healthier foods as an upside, but does has its fair share of downsides; depending on what the doc thinks. Going on a run in an hour or two after doing some household cleaning.

You know that moment when you you step on the scales and decide enough is enough? I had that a couple of days ago. It just creeps up on me and then I feel it but the scales don't really show it until that one time and bingo, time's up! So yeah, time to get serious and lose all the sugary things.

My car battery died a couple of days ago and now I have to 'run it out' a couple of times so I drove to the city for the first time since lockdown and I'm pretty pleased that I managed to avoid all the chocolates and treats in my favourite shop. My goal is to lose some weight and get into my summer clothes (white trousers!) before the heat comes back.

I've gained a ton of weight could lose 10 pounds. Been eating ice cream and sugar stuff first time in a while not enough exercise. Went on the scale first time in forever and had to face facts, I'm getting swole. Working out tomorrow heat be dammed.
