That’s often what stops me from going out the door. I hope you will find the “just do it-ness” to get past the door and walking. I like heading to a nearby small park to do a few loops of it, when I can.

I did a core workout 3 days ago. Then there was so much lifting and packing of boxes that I was exhausted the next day. Yesterday I managaed a short walk in the morning. In the pm I did an arm workout. I need to up the reps because my arms are sort of strong but I don’t like how they look bleh.
I'll have to do it on my own because no one ever wants to spend time with me. Plus people think I'm lazy and good for nothing, so I need to prove them wrong. I'm glad that you got a good workout in.

I've had to take a break from the Couch to 5K as I've hurt my knee. I saw a physio last weekend who said no running for at least a month and I need to get some orthotics for my shoes as my knee injury has been caused by my foot turning inwards and twisting my shin bone. I've been on crutches for a week but today it's actually beginning to feel better :)

But the amazing thing is I've now gone down three dress sizes! Last summer I was a UK 22 (USA 18) and now I'm in a UK 16 (USA 12). It felt amazing when I put those new jeans on in the shop today :)
