I found a self-paced MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program online. So far it has helped me with anxiety. MBSR is known to help with things such as depression, anxiety, and even physical pain. MBSR programs are found in many hospitals. But this is a site where you teach yourself MBSR at your own pace. https://palousemindfulness.com/index.html
