Musings, ideas, what are you thinking about?

No, the assessor is someone random I have never met. This instructor is the best to prepare for tests, that is why I wanted her, but she makes people cry. lol
Well, as long as she’s not deliberately undermining your confidence and skill, I believe you’ve made the right decision.

@Auri Do you take meds for anxiety that you can take before the test? Or is that going to be counterproductive somehow?
Good question. I own a few meds I used to take that could potentially help, and I was thinking about messing up a bit with them for that day, but I'm not sure if it's a good thing to do with antidepressants. My current combo of antidepressants makes my body shake, for example, (it's not a small dose) I'm not sure if they change my anxiety because I'm not the most anxious person in the world to begin with - I just get overly stressed in some particular situations, like driving tests.

I honestly think it could work, I'm just not sure if I'm willing to do it and risk some side effects later. I follow the rules religiously :p lol

So your antidepressant makes you shaky. You take that once a day? Twice?
Test is when - morning or afternoon?
I'm so sure we're talking about screwing up your meds so your less shaky for driving.
Ultimately missing a single dose of any of these isn't going to screw you. Or throwing it off by some hours even. What are you taking? (Don't have to say) @Auri

Yes, I don't think it would be too bad, but I wouldn't want to encourage this on the forum LOL
I was thinking about not taking my current antidepressants and replacing them with one I used to take, actually. It had a very positive effect on my driving and definitely made me feel more relaxed.

I am taking 300mg Venlafaxine/Effexor in the morning for my mood and all, and 100mg Trazodone before sleeping for sleeping. The fact they're quite high doses for me makes it so I shake even if I forget about it one day. Perhaps I'd shake as a withdrawal effect as well... I would need to remove them on Thursday already or something, I don't know. :( The antidepressant I want to replace that with is Mirtazapine, smallest dose.

My test is at noon. I take Venlafaxine at 8am (10 latest).

A tip that set off a FB argument in its comment section.

Over what?

Using Asprin to wash white clothes instead of bleach

So whats your input? I have never tried asprin but is it bad for the water system like some of the comments said. While others said its not. Bleach is worse.

Don't quit Effexor cold turkey! Take it from someone who knows. The brain zaps will be crazy. Not to mention the vivid nightmares. Best to taper down. Then, start with the replacement. I never liked Effexor.

Oki ;) It is the best one I've tried so far lol I don't want to stop and replace it though, just lower the dose on the day of my test. And I will go 225mg instead of 300 anyway cause that didn't make such a difference, it's too much. Thank you for your message :)
