Rain doesn't make any noise until it hits things on the ground. And what it's hitting makes a difference in how "good" it sounds. Hitting aluminum sounds especially good to me.

Try going for a walk, nothing strenous, just a gentle one. That can help to increase the movement of food out of your stomach and into your intestines, can also help to offset any heartburn and also to reduce the rise in blood sugar levels.

Antacid remedies containing dimeticone/simeticone can also help to reduce any gas build up.

Mostly some food that I really wish I could eat right now, also wishing I could have total complete control over all my feelings cos I think they are making me a bit nuts and not sure what to do I know that is not a realistic thing and that people have to start with changing their thoughts and ways of thinking and then the feelings change a bit after that so I'm just venting saying this not looking for advice on it or anything.

@Inanimate I just wanted to say sorry you feel that way. I believe in reincarnation & have since my uncle first introduced the idea to me when I was 11 but what I sincerely hope with it is that if we have a crappy & extremely unjust/unfair life experience in this lifetime that our next one will be the complete opposite, esp. if we do all we can to not pass on whatever misery and suffering we've experienced to other people.

Also what @Auri said is a nice thought as well that even if we don't come back as a person again that maybe we'll be an animal that has a good and happy life. You sound like a smart and interesting person in any case so I also just wanted to say if you ever want to talk to someone by PM then feel free to send me one, I generally come here at least once or more per day.

The ticket I want to book.
How the tickets are constantly changing and they don't have the flight available that I want. So yesterday they had the way there for a decent price but the way back just wasn't on offer. (the one I wanted) now the way there isn't on offer and the way back is. The way there would be travelling with my sisters and I really want to go on the same flight as them. So I'm thinking about tickets. How I want the tickets I want (and i haven't even asked permission yet to take of work)
