Why not take a day trip? Somewhere not far, close. Or, visit some shops? I like to visit small towns and check out the little shops. Especially the food shops, lol.
I suppose I could go into the city but we're heavy rain so i'll not go with that.

My legs feel heavy and tired so I think I'll just have a cosy SF weekend, those are most definitely the best. 💖

So I really like the two “complaints” threads. They’re a good space to quickly get out whatever is on your mind that doesn’t feel like it’s worth a whole new thread. And since they’re the busiest part of the whole forum, I guess you guys like ‘em too. So I thought hey, what about that, but for stuff that isn’t a complaint?

So yeah, whatever random thoughts you feel like sharing; here’s a place for them.
hey Gonz, you are musing and i am pondering. (i actually started a thread which i call that but it is specific only to me and my thoughts about having been hospitalized. i do have lots to write about some bad and some good - positive and negative but i am having a meds issue since i’ve been out of the hospital - 2 weeks. i was on risperidone and lexapro and they were actually hurting me even though my psychiatrist said its unlikely. He did switch me to something different and i feel so much better. i think one of the new ones still is hurting me though. i have very mixed feelings about meds. i find them very though inhibiting and like i said i had actual pain in my body because of them. i’m just hoping i can find a good balance very soon or i’m likely to stop taking all together.

Is it a bloke thing to decide if your underwear is dirty by sniffing it or is that just my bloke?
Women wear their underwear once and then wash it, no exceptions. Why is that such a hard concept for him to understand?

Lol. My husband generally does once and wash, and only starts the sniff once he's gone through all of them. Took a while for me to warm him up to the idea that it's probably better to have more than exactly 7 pair of underwear.

Frying eggs sound just like chickens clucking.:wow: That's really odd, but people never notice it. I bet they'd notice if the burger they were cooking mooed at them. Just sayin.

I still feel bothered about the cab driver today who had a face mask on and his eyes were yellow.

I treated him normally but now i just can’t get it out of my mind.

I worry my cats could sense my sadness and that it could affect their health...

I don’t want them to be sad just because i am and I can’t help it. There’s just too much going on this week... i tried moving past it but they catch on to you...

I have this bubble. I like the bubble, and I feel safe within the bubble. In some ways though the bubble keeps me isolated. I cannot talk about the bubble openly. If I feel a certain way in relation to the bubble I think I have to process that, quietly, on my own. I'm not complaining, I don't want to change it. I simply need to figure out a proper or appropriate outlet for certain situations.

- I realize this is annoyingly vague

A safe place within yourself?

uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhh what? Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, really? uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I dont wanna know.
One good thing to be in no relationship. I do not have to discover all the different degrees of being human.
You know, finding a post like this on SF is really worth a laugh. *bravo

Read up on loneliness on wiki and was surprised at how well they described it. It is now recognised as a contributor to cardiovascular and other health issues such as chronic pain. Makes sense.
Seems like a hopeless issue to tackle for those of us who are introverted, suffer from depression and are naturally asocial. I enjoy being alone in the right environment ( with nature and wildlife) but cannot stand being in this country among family, people , and co-workers I cannot relate to.
I hope I make it through one more year so financially I may be able to return to my adopted country, where I feel most at ease.
Today ( Sunday ) was/is tough to get through.
