OK, I don't suffer from chronic pain, like many here do. But I'm always in discomfort and it is really shitty. I have a pretty bad open bite. It aches (my jaw) all the time. Non stop, 24/7. I would rate it a 5 on the scale in this thread. It's the fact that it's always there that is bugging me, and, I cannot afford orthodontic treatment to get it fixed. Medicare (australian universal healthcare) doesn't cover dental absurdly.

Have you already looked into free or low cost student dental clinics?

to my surprise i've had some 4s the last couple of weeks. on average i'm usually 5 or 6 but having a 4 sometimes is great. i hope it continues. of course at night i have my spikes that go between 7 and 10 but it's usually an hour or two so it doesn't bother me as much as it used too.chronic pain sucks so i hope all of you people that suffer chronic pain can get some relief.

I hope it continues Mike. You have many people rooting for you. Maybe it's a factor?

what you are going through sounds like chronic pain and discomfort. and 5 is a hard thing to take. i hope you can find a way to get it fixed.

Im at about a 5 right now after months of being between 2and a 4
i'm sorry that your pain is so high. i live in the 5 or 6 range except for spikes so i know how much you're suffering. the only advice i can give is never give up. i kept fighting to lower the pain and eventually i got it to a reasonable level and found a way to lower the spikes in an hour or 2. i hope you can lower your base pain level. any time you want to talk my inbox is always there. i understand pain. my heart goes out to you.
