I just gotta accept the fact that I'm pretty sure that my parents and everyone at work don't care about my feelings. Not that I'm an attention seeker or anything. Just that they always say some BS like "we care about you, if you need help just talk to us" when in fact they really don't. At least I have SF, and maybe a few real life friends....

Do people even know how to drive without eyes focused on a cell phone in their face. Any concept of the danger to themselves and others? People don't even pay attention to the white lines anymore. Baffles me that people don't understand they can't focus on the road and other drivers when looking at a 4 inch screen at the same time. WTH. Sad and beyond irresponsible.

I learned long ago to never expect intelligence from stupid and entitled individuals. I just watch out in case they are putting myself at risk from their behavior and encourage others to do the same. The sad part is the imbeciles like you describe much like drunk drivers are likely to never have the consequences it is typically others that end up paying for their behaviors.

that greedy corporate america is driving most of people into poverty. if things don't change in the next 25 to 50 years most people will be poor and the middle class will disapear forever

Im giving the slow turning needed changes into possibly for
Small accomplishments here and there.

There won’t be what we know as a middle class in 20 years. Too much is starting. continuing, progressing, being lied about to benefit the upper 10 percent of the wealthiest. People don’t want to see the losses happening, the further mass deprivation that is coming because status quo is what drives the economy and there aren’t many who want to make any effort at any level to make changes that could and would make a difference. So many Things that are quite doable. But people don’t know how to work together any longer to create any changes. Everyone is pretty much in their own little bubble and for a number of reasons.
Big Changes are coming. I don’t think the US even owns 1/2 of this country any longer….

I guess there was a miscommunication when I called my psychiatrist's office because I called and asked for my one refill by name (which sounds nothing like the other one), but she sent in the wrong one, and I didn't notice until late in the evening since I was sleeping off my overnight work shift all day after calling, so it's too late to get it fixed until after the weekend. And I use a mail-order pharmacy so it will take a bit for it to ship too. I tried to plan right to get it on time, but I might not.

That is totally backwards! It’s terrifying to know that bills keep rising, but income is not. In fact, my job is cutting hours. *sadhug
What amazes me is when I go to the supermarket and see people pushing a handcart around which is literally overflowing while they've got 2 or 3 kids in tow with them. They're not even economising by putting no brand items in the cart - all the most expensive stuff. Then it's like £300 at the checkout. Then they roll the cart out to a car which is then filled with expensive petrol. I just think, where the HELL do they get all their money from? I am technically not on a low income but I can just about afford my housing and to live. I could not afford to feed another mouth or run a car, I scrimp using public transport and walking as much as possible. As a single person it's getting close to impossible. I was working an extra job up to a few months ago but I was getting exhausted and had to stop. I may have no option but to do that again!
