All this being said, i knew a guy who bought a £300 pair of trainers that lasted about 2 weeks, while my £15 sneakers have survived for the last 2 years, and i have huge feet and walk everywhere. So i guess price doesn't guarantee durability.
Good point, plus I'm sure your feet aren't huge, but mine are. :P

My bloody doctors surgery. My GP insists on only giving me a weeks supply of meds at a time. They have an email ordering service for repeat prescriptions which takes four working days to process so I have to remember to order the next week's supply as soon as I've collected that weeks.

When I ordered this week's supply I asked them to give me a two week prescription as due to their Christmas opening hours there won't be four working days before I need the next one's. I even put my phone number in and asked them to contact me if this was a problem. Picked up my meds on Friday and stupidly didn't check them until today when I needed them and there's only a one week supply.

So now I'm going to have to go there tomorrow and ask them to push through the next prescription and I just know the bulldogs on reception will get arsey with me, tut and roll their eyes before telling me it's not possible. And then I'll have to get all insistent and I really struggle with being demanding. And it's really fucking embarrassing having to explain why I'm only allowed a weeks worth at a time :(
wow that is such a hassle, specially that it's the holidays when you shouldn't be worrying about running out and restocking meds.

back with my doctor i asked her to give me a month supply and luckily she allowed me to have it. i told my older brother to do the same with his, but he was only allowed to have 20days worth of med prescription/supply.

i feel male cats are more affectionate than female cats.
there's always a part of me that regrets getting momma cat's only boy adopted... he was such a sweet boy hence why he was adopted. i regret getting all three adopted even though i know they are all living well. i hope they don't think i betrayed them or that i loved them less.

even tommie would prefer to nap on my lap, give me a hug and purr on my neck, even loud tom is affectionate...
my three girls are also affectionate but i feel that toms are even more affectionate.

it is so weird being the youngest in a conversation talking about surgery and how i think how amazing and wonderful and successful some face transplant surgeries are...

and some go silent, while the other says that what i just said is science fiction... wow, i'm the youngest... i'm supposed to be the least informed in this group, just proves once again just because you're older doesn't mean you know better.

Saw the 2015 version of Cinderella a little bit ago. Overall good movie, acting, and script. Still, I can't help but wonder how it is that in the entire kingdom, no other woman had her shoe size. Not to mention, if all the magic disappeared at midnight, why did the shoe not disappear as well? Just saying.
Everything wrong with Cinderella (2015)

A lot of those are kind of bogus. Seems like whoever made that was just bored and had nothing better to do, so they specifically looked for shit to complain about. Like I said, it was good overall. Had a lot of good actors/actresses in it, including Helena Bonham Carter (love her!). Plus, the things I was complaining about were part of the original Cinderella story. So the movie was just portraying what was already made.

Yeah, that guy has quite a base of detractors at this point, there's even a series called "Everything wrong with everything wrong with", it's actually pretty funny and insightful.

I'm having one of those days where I couldn't be any more inadequate about everything in life. (this isn't one of those stupid pleas for attention.. just venting.. no comments.. seriously.)
