Damn it indeed.
Are all those blue dots in the animation asteroids?
No, I don't think so. Not sure what they are. I didn't quite understand the animation myself.
The blue dots are all asteroids. It was 'close' to earth. But close in space terms is a weird thing to think about. It was farther away than the moon.

I mean. Not that I'm not also rooting for an asteroid to hit. Might be the best solution.

GOD, not suicidal enough today to deal with such a worldend scenario. Good night my friends and ...I vote for cockroaches as well.

I figured as much that it probably wasn't all that close, but still, an asteroid could change its course of direction. Anyway, it's my dream. Let me have it. ;)

because we are talking about the end of the world and not about a fairy tale...no, did you ever touch a butterfly? It loses all its balance and cannot fly anymore. Did you ever touch a cockroach? If you are not fast enough they swallow you in one piece. At least they survived any toxic attack ever thought of. Wonder if they also swallow asteroids on the fly.

i'm not talking real cockroaches i'm talking evolved ones, that can stand walk upright and have something close to hands like anything else that would be the dominant one.i think even though they creep us out look how strong they are radiation resistant and very strong. although it would take at least a million years. and an asteroid will hit the earth between tonight and billions of years so I don't worry about it too much lol

Thanks for the nightmares :p
A cockroach once walked on my back and face while in bed. Wondering if that’s not a teenage trauma I should talk about in therapy.

here's some real cockroach stories that'll make you hide under the covers *hiding when I was stationed in cuba we had cockroaches as big as 6 to 8 inches long and around 4 inches wide. I was in charge of the galley at night and my civilian assistant used to turn the light off come back in 1/2 hour and spray them in the long stainless thing you put the dishes on spray them into the drain and turn the disposal on, and hear that load crackling. when I was transferred to an aircraft carrier they were about half that size only problem is they were all over you when you slept, and with nothing on my chest I can't describe how freaked out I was the first time I woke up with some walking on my chest.

You know, I heard that the average person swallows 28 spiders while asleep in their lifetime.
I have a phobia of spiders, I can't even kill one I call to my wife to rescue me. *hiding I don't mind animals lizards etc. i'm very afraid of snakes but spiders terrify me. once when my son was around 18 or 19 said he was going to get a pet tarantula, I told him if he brought a spider in the house, he and the spider would leave that night and I meant it lol. I know where the phobia came from, when I was about 5 my grandmother gave me a glass of milk and at the bottom was a spider as big as the bottom of the glass. thanks for the memory good thing i'm going to therapy tomorrow. lol
