My sleeping habits are horrible. And then I wonder why I'm so tired all the time. *bleh

I can't fall asleep for hours, then I wake up several times, so it seems like no matter what I do, that's what happens.

It really depends on what you do during the day. Psychological wise, we all need to destress in order to sleep well and thats just my motto but if no choice, I would know how to recover myself though. ^^

Woah my teacher was so angry today, but it was also because of students bad behaviours, she kicked those two out of the class and their projects wasted. *oh I don't blame my teacher though.

first case of N.CoV in my country and we are not surprised, seriously they are the highest number of tourists here, my 3rd world country being unable to expertly detect it soon like other countries were able to.

They already listed the names of the Hospitals who were observing few patients, and now they wont say the name of the hospital who has the 1st official case

- but they did gave a hint (it’s in the heart of the city, there’s only one hospital in the city who was previously mentioned to have been observing quarantined patients) — so much for confidentiality.

Finished a book that had rave reviews on the jacket and on Amazon - and what a load of old crap! Looked at other sites and found more honest reviews. Wish I could get my money back. Who writes those rave reviews and why are so many books a load of tosh these days?

so like after a week of not sleeping well because of deadline and aftermath of finishing January’s assignment, there’s still homework to progress for another this term final assignment this weekend. Should I rest or continue doing school work?

Do you know how many times the bloke has walked in a room with a football match being screened on tv and a goal has been scored within the first minute of him being there? Likewise, he can do the same thing by checking the score updates on his phone.
