i keep finding little things that trigger me on the forum, so i'm going to pplay games

:hug: Have fun :) I hope you feel better soon and I totally agree, drinking always makes things worse which is why I stopped drinking, :D

Today, I haven't had a single thought.
Then again, I've been inside all day, lounging with a friend who needs bed rest.
I don't think I can answer that question with a clear conscience.
The possibility is always there, but I feel pretty okay right now.
Knowing my mood swings though, that could all change.

If i write here everytime im suicidal, this thread will be full of new messages. In the last year i have suicidal thoughts every 5 minutes, sometimes even more often than that. Probably the longest time wihtout thinking of suicide is about 20minutes, but that can happen only once a day, to not think about suicide whole 20minutes.
ANd the last 2 weeks are worse then hell for me. All i know for sure is that today was worse than yesterday, and tomorrow will be worse than today. FUCK EVERYTHING, THIS MUST END AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

Hun,have you see a doctor or a psych about this? If you haven't, PLEASE DO!! There is help, you just have to find it, keep talking to us x

I am for the first time in a very long time actually feeling very much like it. I even just now searched for ways to do it.

Yes, it hit me while I was having a late dinner out, but I think it must have been in the back of my mind all day. Today I went to the range and fired my gun for the first time in a year.

Lynn I feel suicidal everyday.. Thru therapy I have learned to cope with it.. My therapist tells me that it will be with me the rest of my life..I won't act on it for now.. It would take a major trigger to get me to commit..
