Hmmmm... Well I'm a classic case of trying to smoke now and then and failing miserably. I always seem to be able to give up for a few weeks and then think I'll just have one...
When I'm giving up I use nicotine replacement lozenges for the first couple of weeks and they seem to do the job. Maybe I need to use them for longer huh?
Have you thought about using a vape?
I only smoke menthol cigarettes and they're being banned in May so I'll have to give up then

There is indeed not much we could tell you to encourage you to stop smoking that would be more impactful that such an accident, from our point of view. LOL
from this thread for a while. I'm smoking after spending all of December off cigarettes. Its so hard, the cravings are so strong.
