So, this was his first film not shot on film--& if I'm remembering correctly: not even HD. (but standard) something like a Sony PD-150; forgive me, David If I've forgotten that wrong, it was a long-time ago~ ;/
...from the INLAND EMPIRE moive up~above: which; I'd believe dMr. Lynch hasd described to some others at the time as bineg, sometihng of a kind of an experimental work/or film. If you see it, you'll understand byw.
