Im going to take my medication I need to take but I’ve tried to distract myself😭. Shopping, cooking and having a bath but it hasn’t worked- the voices are really loud and it’s hurting a lot. I’m suicidal, is that ok voices? Yes because you’re telling me to hurt myself so thanks. I just can’t going to hug myself I don’t want to die, but these voices won’t stop! Please😭
