Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.
Why did my brain choose March to suddenly start remember all this stuff that happened years ago. Why now?
Why did memories have to come back and interrupt and mess up my life.
I want it to be what it was. I hate what it is now.
I am sorry that you are having to deal with all these horrible memories s*. Did something make you start remembering? Was there something that triggered the memories?
I think that's part of the healing Rocky, I know it's tough, but I believe the thoughts have to come up to be released
