I don't have much patience either at times, but there are easy tutorials on YouTube where you can start playing from the very beginning. I think people can get better at things with practice, but some things are naturally trickier than others. Oh sorry, I forgot that I mentioned that before. :D I am too shy to sing in public as well, I'm not too bad at it though. But I don't think I can dance with much rhythm :D

Pink eyes, that sounds awesome. :)

Would you rather live in an RV or a yacht?
That’s cool yt has tutorials for teaching how to play guitar. Yup I agree that practice helps improve many things but that some are trickier. Aw omg no worries about the guitar thing being “mentioned before” I only said that to “show I remembered” that you said it before, not as any kind of complaint lol ;) Sorry to hear you’re shy with singing in public, and aw ya I’m sure you sing very well. Ya with dancing I think it would be a cool and fun thing to be good at it but I just lack the motivation, dedication and commitment to make it happen lol :p

Would you rather have a movie theater or amusement park in your home?
Movie theater, that’d be cool :)

Would you rather eat tortilla chips or ripple chips?

I'm sure there are tutorials for lots of instruments if you ever do become interested in learning to play something. I might pick up some new hobbies to stay busy, so I'll look for ones that seem fun. I didn't think you were complaining, so it's all good. I'm just worried that I'm losing my memory. :D I'm sure you can find some things that you would be interested in, because there's plenty of hobbies we probably haven't even thought of.

Tortilla chips with some nice guacamole :)

Would you rather play paintball or laser tag?

Motivation these days to "learn how to do new things" is pretty low, but thank you for the info, I'll definitely keep it in mind if I ever decided to try to play a new instrument. The thing that does actually look fun/interesting to me is to maybe try to put together my own "classical music" using a synth. The synths these days are truly amazing with what they're able to do, and there's also synth software that I found out about the other day from my friend. I was quite blown away by the technology of it for sure. That way seemed the more "affordable" option (although the software still costs about $500 or $600 I think lol) but ya I don't have that kinda $ anyway, maybe someday though.

Anyway aw ok thank you, I'm glad you didn't think I seemed like I was complaining with the guitar thing :) Aw no I don't think you're losing your memory, I try to never even let those kinds of thoughts "in" to my mind, in hopes that it will help encourage/support my mind to stay "sharp" for as long as it possibly can lol :p Yup you're right that there's lotsa hobbies out there, and probably many we never even thought of.

Don't think I ever played paintball before, seems like getting hit by them would be a bit painful (also, I tend to bruise rather easily, lol) so I will pick the safer/less painful "laser tag" lol ;)

Would you rather travel to Italy or France?

Would you rather live somewhere you love always - you aren't allowed to travel (others can come visit). Or live somewhere you don't love and you cab travel the world.
Aw good one, and hard! But I think I'd pick to live somewhere I don't "love" but be able to travel the world, then I would just travel as much as I could lol :p

Would you rather eat a can of beans or a can of corn?

I wouldn't eat either.

Would you rather have telekinesis (the ability to move things with your mind) or telepathy (the ability to read minds)?

Even if you don't have much motivation, maybe you can find a hobby that's not too hard. I try to do things that won't be too challenging because I don't want to overdo it. That sounds really cool, and I hope someday you will be able to afford the synth technology and you can make some awesome music. :) Sometimes I wonder about that because my short term memory can be bad. Like I'll walk into a room and wonder why I'm there. My long term memory is good though thankfully. Yeah that does sound painful, I'd probably pick that option as well :D

Yup, you’re right there’s hobbies that aren’t very hard, I will do a search later for some “simpler” ones, just kinda barely have the motivation to even do “that” sometimes so I guess I’m just messed in the head or something. Most hobbies I ever got really “into” were motivated by others being into them, and me enjoying sharing info about them with them, that kinda thing. I rarely am able to have hobbies “just” for myself. I guess “putting together collages” could be considered a hobby though right? I still do that at least, so I guess that is “something” anyway lol ;)

Anyway, that’s cool you try not to overdo it with doing hobbies that aren’t too challenging, sounds like a good way to do it. Ya the synth stuff seems like it’d be lotsa fun to play around with for sure. I like to think whatever I ended up putting together with it would have a mix of “edge” with softer, more comforting kinds of sounds, that went in lots of interesting, unexpected directions, and that did it all in a very natural, harmonious and balanced kind of way :) That would be the ideal for sure.

Aw I understand about the short term memory thing, it happens to me sometimes too. It just reminded me that I need to try to play at least a game or a few games of sudoku per day, do you enjoy playing that? It’s good for the brain I think :) That’s great that your long term memory is good though, ya I think mine is fairly good too thankfully.

Would you rather own an apartment in the city or a ranch
Hmm hard one because there are pluses and minuses to both, but ok I will pick an apartment in the city. At this point I have almost always lived in apartments (only lived in a total of 6 “non-apartments” ever in my life lol, sounds like a lot but when you factor in that I’ve lived in a total of 18 different places in my life then it becomes more obvious it’s in the “minority” lol)

Would you rather have an “oceanfront view” out your window, or a “city view” (like a cool one “overlooking” it from at least 10 or more storeys up)?

You're not messed in the head, it can be hard to find motivation at times. I'm sure that happens to just about everyone. That is a hobby for sure, and I know you are good at that and enjoy it, so that's good. :) That sounds awesome, I know that your synth music would definitely be creative and unique. I don't think I've really played sudoku since I'm bad at things involving numbers. :D But I could give it a shot sometime and see how it goes.

Fried chicken.

Would you rather have all your clothes have your favourite colour in them or never wear that colour?
At one point, nearly/or almost all of my "clothes," were black: (so take from that, what you will...)
As I have no idea if it was done by intention, or design -- I don't believe it was~
Would you rather, take a long, or short, 'vacation?'

You're not messed in the head, it can be hard to find motivation at times. I'm sure that happens to just about everyone. Aw thank you for saying that Witty I appreciate it. I maybe get too sensitive about the whole motivation thing at times, many family members seem to love nagging me about “doing more” and I know they “mean well” but omg it does NOT help my motivation at all, quite the opposite! Just sucks it away and makes it even worse. I guess I maybe have some naturally “rebellious” reactions in me whenever they try to push/control me, who knows. But thank you for being understanding that it can just be hard to find motivation at times. Definitely been the case for me for most of my life. Having highly narcissistic parents has also made it a LOT more of a challenge for sure. Anyway don’t wanna get negative about things here so I’m gonna move on lol ;)

Thank you, glad you think putting together collages is a hobby, and thanks for saying you think I’m good at it too :) Aw I really appreciate your positive support of my idea of wanting to put together synth music and that you think it would be good/unique. Lol about sudoku, well for the first several months when I first started trying to do it I was not good at it at all (very slow, missed pretty “obvious” things, etc lol) but I’ve been playing it now since 2012 and feel like it has definitely gotten easier. Practice with it helps a lot for sure. I’m terrible with numbers too though and still sometimes end up messing it up a bit (especially medium and hard level ones lol) :p

Would you rather, take a long, or short, 'vacation?'
Great question MrB, and I’m glad I get to be the one to answer it :) I think most people would probably answer this one as “long vacation” but for me I actually prefer a shorter vacation. Especially if it is a further distance from home, because I get quite homesick. When I went to Spain (almost 20 yrs ago now, wow) omg after only a couple days I definitely was feeling quite homesick. It freaked me out a bit to imagine “what was going on at home” when I was an ocean away from it, and imagining all the things “between me and home” and how many time zones away from home I was. I adjusted after another couple days, but ya it was quite a surreal feeling for sure.
