So I take Seroquel at night for sleep. I makes me drowsy and I fall asleep. I often wake up once around 3-4 am and then fall back asleep.

Lately I have been waking up multiple times in the night. It's leaving me tired. Does this happen to others? Anyone have tips?

Yes
I may even be full of tips to a fault.
One thing you can do is get up, sit in a chair, and do some breathing meditation.
You can also just lie in bed and see if you can clear your mind. I sometimes just imagine that my brain is frozen solid like a block of ice. I try to meditate on it's total inaction. I've actually found that I can will myself to sleep by being determined to keep my mind completely clear.

I recommend the acupressure self-massage in my signature link.

Not eating late at night is good. Being too hungry when you go to bed can be a problem too though. Maybe eat your last meal by 9. A little cooked celery can be good.

Reducing exposure to light at night can help. I've heard spending the last hour or so before bed not wearing shoes can help (haven't tried it though). As long as your feet didn't get cold, it might be worth a try.

OTC pain reliever like ibuprofen helps me, low dose 200-400mg. Flipping head where toes are on bed. It changes pressure points so it helps. White noise, like a fan running.

Ive been dealing with this latest batch for five days so I know about being tired. Some of my suggestions work but not every time

I find that eating anything or exercising up to 4 hours before I sleep negatively impacts on my quality of sleep. Also watching a screen up to 2 hours before bed time inhibits your brain shutting down as well.
